PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Interior concept and cosmetic enhancement of two floors each with private office, reception, waiting, exam and surgery rooms. The intent was to streamline day to day operations by creating well defined spaces for administrative, accounting and patient needs.  The Client wanted a clean, ethnic, textural feel that would complement existing architectural elements that were to remain.  The waiting and reception area is defined with a minimal aesthetic that includes: new built-ins, finishes, new reception desk, new surfaces and seating.  The private areas included: Office space, surgery and exam rooms which entailed the specification of furniture, fixtures, materials & finishes, custom cabinetry, window coverings, paint and accent wall murals.
