From concept development to installation, all detail is presented for review and approval to achieve a result that speaks to need and spirit at work, leisure and home.
PROGRAMMING - PHASE I
A Client interview is conducted to obtain and formulate a model that will provide the direction toward achieving Client objectives.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN - PHASE II
JCD reviews information provided by Client to develop concepts that incorporate the visual and operational goals set forth in the programming phase. JCD prepares and presents preliminary concepts in the form of any or a combination of the following:
Drawings, sketches, materials, models, finishes and imagery to communicate the design intent.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT - PHASE III
Refine and further define the approved interior
concept(s) and incorporate comments taken from the Schematic
Design Presentation. Prepare and provide additional visual details
where necessary to obtain final approval.
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS &DOCUMENTATION - PHASE VI
Based on the review and approval of the Design Development Phase, working drawings are finalized i.e., Approved selections are placed into specification form. Construction, installation and procurement of materials, finishes & FF&E follows.
