"CLOUD BAN" INSTALLATION

"Cloud Ban", encompasses a total of 5000 plastic bags which were individually tethered to a light weight netting, to create three separate forms.  Each cloud-like form, spanning 20 to 60 feet in width and length, was suspended over the patio of the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center and served as a shading system but more importantly, as an installation to generate awareness about AB-1998, the assembly bill for the plastic bag ban.
